ABOUT THE ORGANIZERS: – In an extraordinary show of collaboration and cooperation, the artists of San Pedro, the San Pedro Arts and Cultural District partners, (comprised of the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District, Grand Vision Foundation, the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium, Angels Gate Cultural Center, the CD 15 Office of Joe Buscaino, and the San Pedro Chamber of Commerce), along with the San Pedro Property Owners Alliance, organized the return of the venerable First Thursday ArtWalk.

In operation since November of 1997, the FirstThursday ArtWalk was conceived by local artists and business owners to bring back visitors to the historic core of downtown San Pedro, featuring the many artists, live/work studios and galleries as a way to revitalize and reenergize.

Intangible You

Mariano LaSpisa plays vibraphone, Shannon Kauble sings. Intangible You grew from a couple’s mutual passion for America’s great art form. Their music is a mix of standards, showtimes, and Latin jazz arranged for vibraphone and voice. Poet Vincent Lowry will also read a few selections from his book. Come hear this, their first public show, at this free First Thursday event.
